We sign a fixed-term commercial lease directly with you as the landlord. Under that lease, Morgan Prescott becomes the tenant on your property and pays you a fixed monthly rent for 1 to 2 years. We then place a carefully vetted occupant of our choosing. You receive the rent regardless of whether the property is occupied or vacant.

Both single lets and HMOs are considered. The property must meet basic rental compliance — EPC, gas safety, electrical certificates.
